康宝 Bird's Nest are all directly imported from West Java, Indonesia. All bird's nest are being cleaned with water only and no chemical treatments are involved. The nests from us are basically known as "House Nest", the reason for this name is due to the swiftlets are actually being housed inside a man-made apartment.Swiftlets being housed inside man-made apartments shared no difference from those housed inside caves. As these houses are designed to replicate the living conditions of the caves. The main idea of the houses are to help the harvesters have a safer condition to collect the nests and to create a better environment for the birds to stay in. These are the key contributing factors which resulted in a market competitive bird's nest. The swiftlets living in such conditions actually hunt their own meals and do not rely on human intervention for feeding. If natural is the idea of "Cave Nest", then all "House Nest" would be totally organic. As comparison between both, nutrient levels are of the same. However, based on impurities level, the "Cave Nest" actually surpasses the "House Nest".
As compared to typical selling method using 1 Tael = 37.5 grams, which is selling at about $220.00. Therefore, at 50 grams it would cost $293.33. While we are offering at only $200.00(Deluxe) and $250.00(Premium) for a 50 grams box, our grades of bird's nests would definitely be of either much superior or equal standards.
